S9Asia Terms & Conditions – Betting Platform Terms of Use Malaysia

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the S9Asia platform in any way — including via the website, mobile app, or any other interface provided by S9Asia — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy S9Asia.

This acceptance is all-or-nothing and cannot be applied selectively. You cannot accept some parts of the Terms & Syarat while rejecting others — continued use of the S9Asia platform after reading this notice constitutes full acceptance of this document in its entirety.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use S9Asia's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above at the date of registration. S9Asia strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals who have not yet reached the age of 18.
• You must be a real individual registering for your own personal use — not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date whenever changes occur.
• You may not register more than one (1) account per individual on S9Asia. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the S9Asia platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not on the list of individuals who have self-excluded or been barred by S9Asia or any relevant authority.

S9Asia reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to confirm your eligibility.

3 User Account

Each S9Asia account belongs exclusively to the individual who registered it and may not be transferred, sold, shared, or given to any other party. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including activity carried out by anyone you permit to access it.

• Password: You are responsible for keeping your S9Asia account password confidential. Please use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. Change your password immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account Information: You must keep your personal information in your S9Asia account up to date whenever changes occur, including your phone number and email address.
• Identity Verification (KYC): S9Asia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when account activity requires further verification. Documents that may be required include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other supporting documents.
• Account Suspension: S9Asia reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of violating these Terms & Conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, or holding multiple accounts.

4 Deposit & Payment

S9Asia accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. All transactions are processed in RM and all account balances are displayed in RM. S9Asia does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

S9Asia accepts the following deposit methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian banks)

The minimum deposit at S9Asia is RM 20 for all payment methods. Deposits are processed automatically and funds are credited to your account within seconds to two minutes, depending on the method used.

• S9Asia does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gameplay on the S9Asia platform — they do not constitute an investment or savings deposit.
• S9Asia reserves the right to decline or suspend any deposit suspected of originating from an illegal source or that does not meet S9Asia's compliance requirements.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the funds you deposit into your S9Asia account are your own and have been obtained through legitimate means.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawal of winnings from your S9Asia account is subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, S9Asia may require you to complete a KYC identity verification process. This is standard procedure to ensure the security of your funds.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account in your own name. S9Asia does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed in under 5 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX are processed in under 30 minutes. Large winnings withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may take up to 24 hours for security verification purposes.
• Wagering Requirement: Before any withdrawal is approved, all bonuses received must meet the minimum wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not satisfied the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Limit: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account status. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits. Full details are available within your account.
• Withdrawal of Unplayed Deposits: If you deposit funds but do not use them for gameplay, S9Asia reserves the right to deduct an administrative processing fee before returning those funds.

6 Bonus & Promotions

S9Asia offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, Malaysian public holiday promotions, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions set by S9Asia.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus issued by S9Asia carries a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. The exact wagering requirement is stated on the relevant promotions page or in the bonus offer email.
• One Bonus at a Time: Generally, only one active bonus is permitted at any given time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including through multiple accounts, strategic wagering to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or any form of bonus system manipulation — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a limited validity period. Any bonus not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• S9Asia reserves the right to: Modifying, suspending, or terminating any promotion at any time with appropriate notice to affected members.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the S9Asia platform — including slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton), e-sports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, CS:GO), progressive jackpots, and table games — are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which can be accessed within each game's interface.

• Game Results Are Final: All game results generated by the S9Asia system or live dealers are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical error.
• Technical Error: In the event of a technical error, system outage, or software fault during gameplay, S9Asia reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to the player's account. No claims may be made against S9Asia arising from technical errors.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. Players are responsible for checking these limits before playing.
• Game Integrity: Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in any S9Asia game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and possible legal action.
• Sports Betting: For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless any changes have been communicated in advance.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Restrictions & Termination

S9Asia reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any user's account without prior notice if S9Asia has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has or is currently:

• Breaching any provision of S9Asia's Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Registering or using more than one account
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Abusing the S9Asia bonus or promotion system
• Using unauthorised third-party software to manipulate games
• Making false allegations or threatening S9Asia staff
• Using an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party

If your account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach of terms, S9Asia reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including any pending withdrawals. For closures arising from other reasons, any legitimate balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, S9Asia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the S9Asia platform
• Any technical errors, service interruptions, or system failures beyond S9Asia's control
• Data loss or financial loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account
• Betting or game outcomes that are not in your favour
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers
• Any act or omission by a third party that is beyond S9Asia's control

S9Asia operates its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee that it will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

S9Asia's total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the S9Asia platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, software, databases, and layout — is the exclusive property of S9Asia or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You are permitted to use content on the S9Asia platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any S9Asia content without prior written permission from S9Asia.
• Using the S9Asia brand name, logo, or any trademarks for marketing or promotional purposes without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

S9Asia reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any section of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate updates are required for security or legal reasons.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible on this page. The "Updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into effect. Continued use of the S9Asia platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you disagree with any changes to the Terms & Conditions, you have the right to close your account before those changes take effect. Please contact the S9Asia support team to do so.
