Over the past decade, Malaysia's esports industry has grown at a remarkable pace. What was once considered a pastime for the younger generation has evolved into a multi-billion MYR industry that draws interest from all walks of life. Players from Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor Bahru, Penang, Sabah, and Sarawak — all are well familiar with big names like MLBB, Valorant, and DOTA 2.
S9Asia understands that passion deeply. That's why we built a truly comprehensive esports section — not just a minor add-on to our platform. At S9Asia, esports holds the same standing as traditional sports like football and badminton. We believe esports betting demands the same knowledge, analysis, and understanding as any other sport — and we respect that.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, better known as MLBB, is Malaysia's biggest esports title. MPL Malaysia, the national league held every season, draws millions of viewers per episode. Teams like TODAK, Geek Fam, and Omega Esports have become household names among Malaysian esports fans.
At S9Asia, every MPL Malaysia match is available for live betting. You can wager on the match winner, map winner, total kills, which team destroys the first tower, and many more market options that make watching matches far more exciting. Our MLBB odds are among the most competitive in the Malaysian market, backed by an analyst team that monitors every match live.
For players who prefer FPS (first-person shooter) titles, Valorant and CS2 are the top picks at S9Asia. The Valorant Champions Tour Pacific features Southeast Asian teams including those from Malaysia, making every match that much more meaningful for local fans. Valorant's unique agent system and skill mechanics mean each match plays out differently — which makes it particularly exciting from a betting perspective.
CS2, the successor to CS:GO that has dominated competitive FPS for years, is growing rapidly in Malaysia. ESL Pro League and BLAST Premier are the two major leagues you can follow and bet on at S9Asia. CS2 odds are updated every minute based on each team's live in-match performance, giving you every opportunity to leverage your knowledge of your favourite teams.
One of the most popular features among S9Asia players is live in-play betting during ongoing esports matches. Picture this: you're watching an MLBB match and your favourite team is down 0-1 in a best-of-three series, but you can see them starting to dominate the second map. That's the perfect moment to bet on their comeback — and S9Asia lets you do exactly that, with ease.
S9Asia's live markets for esports cover more than 50 betting types per MLBB and Valorant match. These include: who gets the first kill, which team secures the key objectives, the top-performing player on the map, and much more — all available in real time, with odds that shift as the match unfolds.
S9Asia employs internationally recognised security standards to ensure every bet and transaction you make is fully protected. 256-bit SSL encryption secures all communication between your device and our servers. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available for users who want an added layer of account protection.
We also offer a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian users. You can deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or any local bank through FPX such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes to your bank account or digital wallet, with no hidden fees.
